Robert has a BBA; Finance Degree from Texas Christian University. Serving as President and CEO, Robert has lead American Connectors since 2007. Robert’s mother, Fran Findley, started the company in 1986 and he has continued her legacy since her passing. In his free time he enjoys playing tennis with his wife, golfing, and playing with his 2 sweet little boys.

Chief Operating Officer
Matt holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington and oversees procurement, production scheduling, and daily operations at American Connectors. He ensures seamless coordination across the manufacturing process – from sourcing materials to final delivery – while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Don Trammell
Director of Sales and Marketing
Don has a BBA; Marketing/Management Degree from Baylor University and is currently earning his MBA through Colorado State University.
